Gerardo Rozin, one of Argentina’s most popular television personalities, admitted that his Jewish background influenced his work.
Rozin, 51, died on March 11 and was laid to rest in a Jewish cemetery in his hometown of Rosario.
Rozin hosted a number of famous TV and radio shows, the most recent of which was “Morfi, Todos a la Mesa,” which featured discussion show interviews, live music, and cookery demos, some of which featured Jewish cuisine. “Esta Noche, Libros” (“Tonight, Books”) and “La Pregunta Animal” (“The Animal Question”) are two of his other programs.
