Two of Hollywood’s hippest parents are Blake Lively and Ryan Reynolds.
The couple wed in 2012, and since then, Betty, 3, Inez, 6, and James, 7, have joined their family. Lively confirmed in February 2023 that she and Reynolds had secretly had their fourth child.
As the actress hit the red carpet in September 2022 with a noticeable baby bulge, she earlier stated she was pregnant once again.
Lively and Reynolds are open in interviews about their family life, despite the fact that they want to keep their children out of the limelight and off of social media.
During the Cannes Film Festival in 2022, Reynolds made light of his “saying, “I’m a dad to three children, two of which are wild. They are crazy. I believe they occasionally carry rabies.”
Reynolds has often said that he “loves being a girl parent,” jokes and everything. He stated during an Access interview, “I would have never in a million years thought I would have three girls. My family is entirely male. My three oldest brothers are all men. So having three girls has been quite the adventure for me, and I enjoy every minute of it.”
Lively claims that having children has improved her sense of self-confidence. She told Forbes, “I never felt more secure or at peace in my own body.” “I simply feel really settled,” the speaker said, “not to say that there aren’t a plethora of insecurities coming at me a million times a day.”
Reynolds and Lively are both performers, but the Deadpool star won’t let their children work in acting until they’re older. During the American Cinematheque Awards on November 17, 2022, Reynolds told PEOPLE, “Having a kid in a career like this, it’s often not about the kid. “Usually, the parents are involved.”
