Rashaad Armein Penny is an American football running back for the Seattle Seahawks of the National Football League (NFL).
He played college football at San Diego State where he finished fifth in the Heisman Trophy voting and garnered first-team All-American and All-Mountain West honors.

Rashaad Penny was born to Desiree and Robert Penny. He has four siblings: Robert Jr. Penny, Elijhaa Penny, Breonna Penny, and Brionne Penny.
His older brother Elijhaa, like him, is a football player. He is a fullback who is currently a free agent. After going undrafted in the 2016 NFL Draft, he was signed by the Arizona Cardinals.
He has also played for the New York Giants.
He played high school football at Norwalk High School and later began his college career at College of the Sequoias. He also played college football at Idaho and Cerritos College.
