Terence Edward Hall, mostly known as Terry Hall, was an English musician.

He was the lead singer of the Specials, and formerly of Fun Boy Three, the Colourfield, Terry, Blair & Anouchka, and Vegas.

Terry during his career has collaborated with many artists including David Stewart, Bananarama, the Lightning Seeds, Sinead O’Connor, Stephen Duffy, Dub Pistols, Gorillaz, Damon Albarn, D12, Tricky, Lily Allen, and Shakespears Sister.

Notably, he has released two solo studio albums.

Terry was married twice in his life. He was first married to a lady called Jeannette Hall, however, the marriage collapsed.

He then got married to a British director and assistant director, Lindy Heymann. Lindy is best known for directing the film Showboy in 2002, for which she received a British Independent Film Award (BIFA) for Best Directorial Debut.
