On January 1, 1993, Tyler Higbee, a tight end for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League, was born. He played college football for Western Kentucky before being chosen by the Rams in the fourth round of the 2016 NFL Draft.
Higbee was created in Clearwater, Florida. While attending Tarpon Springs, Florida’s East Lake High School, he participated in football and baseball. He was the Eagles’ top wide receiver and received the team’s MVP award.
Higbee accepted his offer to compete in the 2016 Senior Bowl, it was revealed on December 14, 2015. Due to the knee sprain he sustained during the season, Higbee had been removed from the Senior Bowl, Select Sports Group officials said on January 23, 2016.
15 tight ends from colleges attended the NFL Scouting Combine in Indianapolis, Indiana, including Higbee. Due to his knee ailment, he was unable to participate in any workouts, but he met with the teams and had measurements taken. On March 29, 2016, Higbee, Prince Charles Iworah, George Fant, and 11 other players participated in Western Kentucky’s pro day.
